What we collect

When you buy a guide or book a 1-on-1 call, we collect your name, email address, and payment details needed to process the order. For calls, we also store the date and time you booked. We don't store your card or payment details ourselves — payments are handled entirely by Razorpay.

To show accurate pricing for visitors outside India, we look up your approximate country from your IP address at the time of checkout. We don't store your IP address.

How we use it

Your name and email are used to send your purchase (download link or Google Meet link) and any related updates, like a call reschedule. If you book a call, your email is used to create a calendar invite via Google Calendar.

After a purchase, you may be added to our email list so we can occasionally share new guides or updates relevant to your Dubai job search. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in those emails.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted services to run this site:

• Razorpay — processes payments.
• Resend — sends transactional emails and manages our mailing list.
• Google Calendar — schedules 1-on-1 calls and generates the Meet link.

We don't sell your data, and we don't use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site.

Cookies

This site doesn't use tracking cookies. We keep an anonymous, site-wide daily visit count to understand traffic — it isn't tied to you individually.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time — just email itsnaveeddumasia@gmail.com.
