What we offer

This site sells digital guides (PDFs) on Dubai hiring and job search, and a paid 1-on-1 video call with Naveed Dumasia. By purchasing a guide or booking a call, you agree to these terms.

Digital guides

After payment, you'll get a download link by email. This link is for your personal use only — guides are not to be resold, redistributed, or shared publicly. Download links stay valid for 30 days; email us if yours expires and you still need it.

1-on-1 calls

Calls are 30 minutes over Google Meet, at the time you select during booking. If Naveed needs to move your call, you'll be emailed a new proposed time plus alternatives to choose from.

If Naveed cancels a call from his end (for example, an unavoidable scheduling conflict), you'll be notified by email and offered a new time or a refund for that call.

Refunds

All sales are final. Because guides are delivered instantly as digital downloads and call slots reserve Naveed's time directly, we don't offer refunds once a purchase is complete or a call is booked — except where a call is cancelled by Naveed, as described above.

If something went wrong with your order (payment charged but no download link, wrong file, technical issue), email us and we'll sort it out.

Pricing

Prices are shown in INR by default. Visitors booking calls from certain countries may see pricing in their local currency, reflecting a different rate for that market.
